About Me
Let me introduce myself! I am a psychologist, parenting expert, teacher, immigrant, mom and queer person. My private practice is located in Atwater Village, Los Angeles and I see clients of all ages in person at this location. In addition, I supervise beginning therapists in the Child and Family Therapy Training Program at the Maple Center in Los Angeles and teach Couples Therapy for MFT students at USC.
As a therapist, my approach emphasizes warmth and connection. You’ll quickly notice that I care deeply about your journey and want to help you realize the vision you have for yourself. My goal is always to support my clients in living full and joyful lives while embracing and navigating the challenges that we all inevitably face. I hope that therapy will be a transformative experience that helps you feel more vibrant and fulfilled in your relationships, as well as your day to day experience.
My work is enhanced by the very wide range of life experiences that I draw on, which help me bring understanding and empathy to my work. Having lived in several countries and regions of the United States has lead me to value value cultural relativity and humility. My own identity adds to my dedication in providing care for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and immigrant clients.
If you’re lost, in pain, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying it all alone, I’m here to support you through it. My clients often say they walk out of our sessions lighter than they came in. I find it a privilege to walk through challenges with those I work with. I’d love to support you through yours.
